A Private View of Italy – Villa Emo Capodilista

A Private View of Italy

Villa Emo Capodilista, Montecchia di Selvazzano, Padua

A Private View of Italy organises trips and events that provide access to private collections and historical residences not open to the public. Founded in 1996 by the art historian Stefano Aluffi-Pentini and operating throughout Italy, our services are addressed to the trustees and major benefactors of international museums, collectors, associations and foundations. Italy’s historical palaces and villas are in many cases still private hands and the grand collecting tradition is still in full force, for old masters, decorative arts and Contemporary Art.

Aurora del Guercino, Casino Ludovisi, Rome

The trips organised by A Private View of Italy are specifically focused on collections not open to the public and museums that can only be visited privately. Our guests are guided by art historians and our itineraries are tailored to their cultural interests, with meticulous attention paid to all logistical and convivial aspects, including hotel accommodations, receptions, chamber concerts and lavish dinners.
